Cheese and Mushroom Omelette

Saya suka omelette yg sedikit garing & nipis.  Kalau nak omelette yg tebal boleh guna 2 biji  telur utk pan saiz roti canai. yg ni saya guna 1 biji telur aje
What's for breakfast today? Simple resepi.. biasanya saya suka served dgn toast & baked beans.


Pukul telur & susu segar (boleh ganti susu cair).  Susu ni sesedap rasa cumanya kalau terlalu byk nanti telur akan cair & sng hancur

Potong mushroom

Potong /carikkan cheese

Letakkan butter/olive oil atas pan, masukkan telur & mushroom.. dah agak kering /masak, taburkan cheese. Tambah pepper jika suka then lipat & sedia dihidang. Jgn dimasak lama sbb cheese sng hangus.

ala.. telur dadar biasa je.. hehehe.. cheese tu yg buat rasa tangkap leleh tu. Pqa pun boleh buat kat rumah...
