Maybe sebab keletihan sgt or teruja yg amat sebab dah lulus & tak perlu hadap KDN Putrajaya lagi.. saya kena demam la plak. Agak teruk demam saya kali ni. Sampaikan saya telan juga paracetamol 2 biji (saya ni takkan makan ubat selagi boleh bertahan). Malam tu saya takleh nak tido, bisa² habis satu badan. Tekak ni perit toksah ckplah. Ni dah masuk 2x saya demam lepas balik Putrajaya. Agaknya byk beno virus kat KDN Putrajaya tu (maklumla org ramai berkumpul). Alhamdulillah.. sehari aje.. esoknya dah tak bisa² lagidah, cuma weak sket aje. Tapi saya gantung apron terus. Saya betul² nak rest & clearkan kerja² rumah yg lain. Husband pon monteng keje & tolong saya vacuum.. hehehe.. legenyaa.. saya paling malas bab nak vacuum rumah ni... ooppsss..
Entry makanan kali ni dah lama saya buat maybe 2,3 minggu lepas kot. Dinner utk hari tu mmg simple habis. Saya buat potato salad & fruits salad aje. Lately ni jiwa saya ke arah salad aje..
Potato salad |
Ingredients
- 3 pounds small white potatoes
- Kosher salt (garam biasa aje)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk (saya guna cream dan perah lemon secukup rasa@boleh ganti dengan susu segar)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (saya guna mustard biasa je)
- 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard (takde)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill (tak letak)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
Directions
Place the potatoes and 2 tablespoons of salt in a large pot of water. Bring the water to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until the potatoes are barely tender when pierced with a knife. Drain the potatoes in a colander, then place the colander with the potatoes over the empty pot and cover with a clean, dry kitchen towel. Allow the potatoes to steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, dill, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Set aside.
When the potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut them in quarters or in half, depending on their size. Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl. While the potatoes are still warm, pour enough dressing over them to moisten. Add the celery and red onion, 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Toss well, cover, and refrigerate for a few hours to allow the flavors to blend. Serve cold or at room temperature.
Ini pula fruits salad.. saya potong oren, epal hijau, epal merah & anggur. Saya gaulkan dengan sos salad buah-buahan Lady's Choice aje. |
