Macam best je bunyinya kan? Actually memang teramat best! Berbaloi membuatnya. Pasti akan dibuat lagi & lagi. Resepi ni saya ambil dari Sarah Carrey. Kalau perasan saya suka jugak angkut resepi Sarah ni sbb cara memasak dia simple sangat. Sesuai lah buat orang yang suka buat kerja ekspres macam saya ni.
Hancurkan udang, tapi jangan terlalu halus, nanti tak umph pula. |
Isi udang tadi digaul bersama breadcrumb (kisar aje burger bun tu), mayonis, black pepper & garam. |
Kalau agak lembik, boleh tambah lagi breadcrumb tu... |
INGREDIENTS
6 burger buns
1 1/4 pounds peeled, deveined shrimp
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
Iceberg lettuce
Tartar sauce
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Finely grind 2 burger buns in a food processor (1 1/2 cups crumbs) and transfer to a bowl. Pulse shrimp in processor, then toss with crumbs, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties. Melt butter in a skillet and cook over medium, turning once, until cooked through, about 9 minutes. Serve on buns with lettuce and tartar sauce.
