Nama pun easy one bowl.. main campak & whisk aje (teknik whisk ni sesuai utk orang yg malas mengayak.. hehehe).. tapi serbuk coklat tetap kena ayak dulu sbb byk sangat ketulannya... |
Dah gaul rata bahagian kering baru campur dengan liquid plak... saya tuangkan separuh pan untuk lengkapkan 1 lagi Birthday Cake Tiha... |
Bakinya saya jadikan cupcakes.. ini bukan untuk tetamu, tapi untuk saya jadikan bahan deko (saya pernah letak entry cupcakes yg siap deko atas permintaan someone)... |
Dah masak.. ada sedikit rekahan & teramat moist! Mati la.. macam mana daku nak kerat² ni??? |
Yang pastinya saya akan buat semula & maybe kurangkan soda nya next time. Kek ni berongga besar & naik elok serta teramat basah. Dah nak macam apam plak.. hehehe.. Suami saya kurang suka akan rasanya... sekali gigit je terus tak nak. Dia prefer yang sour cream tu... Anak² nampak enjoy aje so saya akan try lagi sekali untuk bagi suami saya test semula... ;)
Resepi ni diambil dari Martha Stewart (as usual Sarah le yg tukang masaknya).. Mak Cik Martha ni ngelat sikit tau, semua la resepi dia, tapi kalau tengok dalam show dia, orang lain yang buat demo (agaknya once dia jemput, resepi tu jadi hak dia...)... hehehe..

1 1/2 cups buttermilk, room temperature
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1

STEP 2
Divide batter among muffin cups (filling each about 2/3 full) and bake until a toothpick inserted in center of cupcake comes out with a few moist crumbs attached, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool in pans on wire racks, 5 minutes, then transfer cupcakes to racks and let cool completely. Frost as desired.
