Bahan-bahan
3 cawan tepung gandum
2 sb marjerin
1 sk garam
sedikit pewarna kuning/kunyit serbuk
1 biji telur
2 1/2 cawan air




Penyediaan
Blend semua bahan sehingga sebati & tapis
Panaskan pan dan sapu sedikit minyak, then menjala la atas tu..
Bila masak, adunan tu akan lekang sendrik (xyah susah payah nak korek), tunggu je & jgn alihkan..


Teknik 1












Boleh lipat terus atas pan mcm gambar atas ni (lipat dua then lipat lagi sekali)

Teknik 2

Or lipat kiri kanan, then gulung (ikut suka la nak teknik mana)

Tips
1. Jgn bimbang jika tepung x nak keluar, basuh & pastikan semua lubang acuan tidak tersumbat
2. If adunan sangkut2 gak, tambah air sikit. Kalu laju semacam je dia turun, tambah tepung sket.. kiranya kepekatan tpg tu la menentukan roti tu jadi jala ke x..
3. Best dimakan ngan kari daging/ayam (boleh refer next post utk resepi kari).

Sorry.. It's Malay Language.. Do you really want to learn it? It's very easy actually, but you need the mould.. sorry i forgot to capture the mould picture.. later ok..!!
